Problem Note 59727: You see an "Enterprise GRC Error" on a screen after the administrator updates a dimension in SAS® Enterprise GRC

When you save changes to a dimension node in SAS Enterprise GRC or in SAS® Model Risk Management, all caches are cleared, including the registries of custom functions and components. A user who is viewing a screen that contains a custom function or component might encounter an error similar to the following:

The error has been logged, but you may wish to e-mail the error information below to your systems administrator. 
Error instance identifier: 0dbdef54-7a46-41e1-9fb8-45be3581e663

The log file for SAS Enterprise GRC or SAS Model Risk Management contains an error similar to the following:

[tomcat-http--42] WARN  com.sas.services.webdav.DAVResource NoSessionAvailable sastrust@saspw - 
REPORT status 422 (Unprocessable Entity) for 
/SASContentServer/repository/default/sasdav/Products/SASEnterpriseGRC/EnterpriseGRCMidTier6.1/Scripts/customfunctions/Echo.groovy

When the problem occurs, the user loses any changes that were not yet saved.
